Celebrating our lives with body movements and group connectivity is a SOULution to many of our daily woes. When we remember how miraculous it is to even be alive and express gratitude with each other, we become trans-formative vessels for the collective stresses. When we get into a creative space together, no matter how close or far away we are, our senses become more alive and ready to ignite us into purposeful activities. That's a mouthful to chew on as you ponder joining us for our monthly #HAPPYOUR

My name is Aviva and I will be joyfully leading this gathering on July 24th for any and all who choose to align with this Happy Loving Vibration. Embrace your light as we explore movements in Qi Gong to the beautiful music of Bob Marley. You are also invited take an adventure into the ancient melodies and deep movements and stretches of the middle east. Even dip into your well of creativity as you express your own dance and song. As I create a sacred space, allow your energy to unfold just by deciding to be present. When we express our unique experience of the moment with our feelings and spirit, we can be seen, heard and felt for our true essence: a truly joyful experience - even IF we need to release some rage, fear and tears. Activities are outside for our safe spacing with a recommended donation of $10/hr , and just bringing your light-filled presence is a gift.

Anyone is free to stop by and enjoy "Our Happy" while shopping with local food and artisan vendors.We welcome you local artisans and vendors to share your business with our neighborhood. We want to encourage folks to get off the high rush hour traffic on E Ponce de Leon Ave. road and come peruse our event as they see your tents in our front yard. Instead of being grumpy and on the road they can join our #HappyOur and be inspired and blessed with your offerings. What better way to encourage folks to shop local than to bring it to their front door - even if it's their car door! Vendor tickets are $25, limited to 10. We will create many moments of connection through our music and movement with long lasting benefits of peace you could not even imagine. Aviva is an artisan of music, dance, teaching and earthen building activation who cares deeply about the environment and Humanity. With massage therapy, chid development and homeopathy training, she speaks to the human and child in all of us. She is available to perform for birthdays, celebrations and meaningful gatherings. A multi-instrumentalist of piano, ukulele, drums and more; her original songs have always brought her into a more hopeful and serene state of being to conquer and transmute the suffering on this plane. You can catch her live every Saturday at Golden Drops Cafe and Live on her YouTube channel Aviva Sings Out. on Sundays at 7pm
