Mindful Mixed Media Art

Mindful Mixed media is a creative practice that involves using various materials to create art while being present and aware of the process. It can help people express emotions, discover themselves, and create art with ease. All levels and genders or non-genders are welcome!

Come and play with a wide selection of mediums as we explore personal themes. You will learn how to lay down different paints, inks, papers, and imagery to help you design a work of art with meaning. This course is an uplifting and fun experience that will inspire you to continue a creative practice. The pictures below are examples.
